School Dining is pleased to present this catering menu developed for Saint
Paul's School. This guide serves only as a sampling of our catering abilities
and does not reflect the full range of selections and services we can provide.
Our executive chef and catering director will gladly assist you in developing a
customized menu for your next meeting or event. We look forward to serving your
catering needs.
We require five days’
notice for all orders and cancellations.
Conditions and Service Fees
Our normal charges
include the set-up, delivery, and pick-up of all orders. If you wish to have a
professional wait staff present for your function, there will be an additional
charge per hour with a minimum of four hours.
Some of our Menu Items
require a station attendant and are marked as such. In every case, there will
be an additional charge per hour with a minimum of four hours.
Evenings and weekends
may require an additional surcharge to defray the cost of overtime labor.
We do have the ability
to provide beer and wine service as well as full bar service. Both of these
options come at an additional price.
Timing
When submitting an order,
please note that “Set-Up Time” is an approximate time that we will be there to
begin set-up (typically 30-45 minutes prior to the event). “Set-By Time”
represents the time that food needs to be in place and ready for your guests (typically
20 minutes prior to guests’ arrival). For events with more than fifty guests,
we request access to the room a day in advance for set-up.
